These are the first things I have let myself by for Kevin. I can't wait to take them to China and watch him play with them. I love their cute little faces. Closer to travel time I think I will buy clothes...he may grow too much over the summer
A couple of Claire stories.....
she is completely in love with Mulan....she asks to watch her constantly. I wish I could get on tape the singing that goes on. Mulan's signature song..."look at me...." Claire sings that with such gusto and emotion it cracks us up. Although she sings "looka at me" FUNNY. She likes to sing when no one is looking...thus the problem of letting everyone see. Take my word for it...too cute
She came home from daycare last week and kept repeating..."I will be nice to my friends. I did say sorry and she felt better" Upon further questioning of the teacher I found that a friend of Claire's had something she wanted and Claire proceeded to knock the child down and get it. So much for my dainty flower. I love these girls with all my heart. It is amazing how families are formed....God truly is good and in control of our wonderful and wacky lives.
We received pre approval today. I couldn't believe it had taken 11 wks.....but it did.
I can shop now and really feel safe to say Kevin is really ours!!!!!

Here is our precious boy. He is 16 months old and is really desparate for his mom and dad. His older sister is over the moon with love and can't wait to get ahold of those cheeks. Enjoy.
Still waiting for pre approval. Started the homestudy again....fun, fun, fun. Claire has become a clone of Hannah. She actually tries to say the words that Hannah is saying....she already does everything Hannah does. I asked Hannah how it felt to have a little sister doing everything she does and she said "it kind of makes me feel like a superstar" Gotta love that girl. Her paitence gets better everyday.
If you have adopted before you know how it gets in your heart, soul, mind, and blood. If you have gone to China to adopt, you REALLY KNOW how that affects you. So with all that being said...please stay tuned for an unbelievable announcement.
