This girl.....

My younger sister...she would want me to tell you such a precious soul to me. She has been by myside through all the ups and downs and still finds joy in the everyday miracles. We went on our annual shopping after Thanksgiving. We don't really become crazy like some of those shoppers (you know who you are), we do have a "gameplan" simply because I am extremely lazy and want to get as much in one place, instead of driving around alot. She is such a good planner. She makes sure we have our ads, prices, coffee, and good shoes ready to go for a 5am shopping time. We had many electronics to buy this year. SO DID EVERYONE ELSE in the world this morning.

The reas on I love this girl so much is....we can plan for hours on Thanksgiving, get up in freezing weather, and see a line that wraps around the building and say...FORGET THIS. We went across town and paid twenty-five dollars more than the other place, but we got out alive. Awww, such great memory making.

By the way.....I am pretty much DONE with the shopping and it isn't even December 1.

We will gladly pray for your speedy travel approval. 12 weeks seems like an eternity! But, continue to trust in God's Sovereign timing.

Congrats on almost being done!! I think sister relationships are so great too!

Every call has a beginning. A quiet moment when God whispers a promise to a mother’s heart . A holy place where a father bows and faithfully accepts the journey set before him. A miraculous morning that unexpectedly dawns… Casting its first light on a chosen threshold. A gentle knock..a closed door opens, a sacred invitation sent by the Father.. leads to the other side of the world. Where lonely hearts stare out orphanage windows praying for someone to care.. and then one morning, on an ordinary day an orphan’s life changes... God sends them a second chance...Through you..

We are a family now, a whole,of which you are a part, and you are just as much our child as any in our heart. We do not love you differently, nor would we give up less of all that life has given us to bring you happiness. There is no limit to our love,no boundary you might cross,no price you may be asked to pay,no need to fear its loss. We are now one, the five of us,windows of one home. As long as we have life and breath,You’ll never be alone.~Nicholas Gordon
